    Inspect, clean, and repack bearing grease, (per axle), includes cleaning and inspecting bearings, inspect brakes, drum, springs, hangers, brackets, if any damaged worn parts are found a quote for repairs will be given to customer, if all good after inspection, bearings will be repacked and re-installed with new seals included, this job includes all rags, brake cleaner, seals, and grease to complete this service.

    Second Item

    225.00

    Annual furnace safety inspection and test operation. Requires removal and reinstallation, also requires propane drop test.

    Third Item

    150.00

    AC coil cleaning and test operation minimum service call fee. Will do multiple units while there.

    Emergency services trip charge $100.00 up to 50 miles from Forney, TX.
